SyncSuite. Free software for supporting multimedia performance and composition.
We are pleased to announce the official release of SyncSuite, a software package for Max and Max for Live dedicated to synchronising different media in multimedia performance and composition.
SyncSuite lets artists link sound, video, lights and scores within a single workflow, keeping a performance entirely aligned and controllable with customs workflows.
From video playback and projection to subtitles, remote and automated page-turning scores for performers, cue management and network communication with external devices, SyncSuite supports the whole production process, from composition through rehearsal to performance. Composer and programmer Agustín Issidoro will present the software and give live demonstrations of its applications, drawing on examples from real artistic projects.
SyncSuite is a software development project supported by HOOU and HfMT Hamburg.
Created by: Agustín Issidoro is a multimedia composer, drummer, and programmer whose work probes the relationship between technology and culture. Through electronic and instrumental music, computer-synthesized imagery, and performance, he confronts ideas like hyperconnection, digital truth, and artificial intelligence. Born in 1994 in Córdoba, Argentina, he studied composition at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and IRCAM’s Cursus. He is currently based in Hamburg, where he pursues the Master’s In Multimedia Composition at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg.
